- Your IP address, held briefly to protect the enquiry form from misuse.
- A count of how many times each page is viewed. This uses no cookies and keeps nothing about you: no IP address, device or visitor identifier, only daily totals.
- How the site is used in more detail, only if you accept optional cookies.
- The subjects you read about, kept on your own device to suggest relevant insights, only if you accept optional cookies.

- To respond to your enquiry, at your request.
- To keep the website secure, in our legitimate interest.
- To see which pages are useful, from anonymous totals, in our legitimate interest.
- To understand how the site is used, with your consent.
Who receives it
Our website host and our email delivery provider, Brevo, process information on our behalf. Brevo is based in the European Union, so enquiries are transferred outside Kenya with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. Where an engagement follows, records are kept in line with our professional obligations.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and object to its use. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
